Brenda has been helping connect people with their homes since 1998. She arrived in the Barrie area from Toronto, where she was a successful law clerk at a prominent law firm. After meeting her future husband (a builder of luxury homes in Barrie), she became trained in selling new homes on a pre-construction basis, handling all of the weekend open houses as well as design changes and colour selections. It was a natural step for Brenda to obtain her real estate license and embark on a her new career with passion and dedication.
With a combination of talent for interior design/decoration and experience with contracts and negotiations, Brenda provides expert guidance on buying and selling real estate to all her clients. She is also a certified Home Stager – so her clients have the confidence that Brenda can not only prepare a home to be engaging and attractive, but she can also envision how design elements, colour selection and texture compatibility will work in a potential new home.
As a member in good standing with both RECO and CREA, Brenda is the go-to agent for her clients, friends and family. She has an outstanding commitment to and proven track record in helping find the perfect home solution.
